Youth Evolvement Specialist (ISY)
The Youth Evolvement Specialist at Confidential Client is responsible for recruiting and supporting eligible youth to achieve academic and career success through case management, career guidance, and program coordination aligned with WIOA requirements. This role involves building partnerships, coordinating work-based learning opportunities, and maintaining detailed participant records to ensure long-term youth development and self-sufficiency.

What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client seeks a full-time Youth Evolvement Specialist (ISY) to recruit, enroll, and support eligible youth toward academic success, career readiness, and long-term self-sufficiency under WIOA youth program guidelines.
- Recruit and enroll eligible youth through schools, counselors, and community partners
- Conduct eligibility screenings, interviews, and needs assessments
- Develop and maintain Individual Service Strategies (ISS) that set measurable goals and address barriers
- Provide ongoing case management, guidance, and follow-up to support academic, employment, and personal development
- Assist with career and postsecondary planning, résumé development, job search skills, and interview coaching
- Coordinate work experiences, internships, and job placements; cultivate employer relationships for quality work-based learning
- Accurately document participant activities, progress, and outcomes in the WIOA data system; ensure compliance with program policies
- Provide follow-up services for a minimum of 12 months after program exit to verify employment/education status and offer continued support
- Represent and uphold the Confidential Client’s mission and values in all participant and community interactions
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social services, counseling, business, education, or a related field required
- Direct experience working with youth and knowledge of adolescent development
- Strong case management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a performance-based environment
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and software such as Microsoft Office and case management systems
- A positive, professional attitude and commitment to youth development
- When driving on behalf of the Confidential Client, must hold a valid Indiana driver’s license and maintain minimum auto liability limits of $100,000/$300,000
Hours & Compensation
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (some nights and weekends required)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Starting salary (range): $51,480 per year
- Approximate start date: 06/01/2026
- Internal posting dates: 05/27/2026 – 08/07/2026
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience with WIOA youth program requirements and federal reporting
- Established community and employer networks to support placements and internships
- Experience maintaining timely, accurate electronic records for program performance
