Overview

This entry-level Workflow Specialist role supports a confidential client (a healthcare organization) on a contract-to-hire basis. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a hybrid schedule after training (3 days on-site in King of Prussia, PA / 2 days remote). Pay range: $18–$20 per hour.


What You’ll Do

  • Review incoming claims for accuracy and completeness
  • Update and maintain contact and claim records in internal systems
  • Respond to member, broker, and provider inquiries via phone and email
  • Reach out to medical offices to request missing information
  • Send validated claims for processing
  • Manage email and telephone requests for medical assistance services
  • Track and meet quality metrics, queue performance, and other departmental KPIs
  • Communicate workload status and any issues to your supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed within the past 1–2 years
  • 0–2 years of customer service or data entry experience (service, retail, or healthcare environments preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional phone demeanor
  • Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures, document work clearly, and escalate issues appropriately

Compensation & Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
  • Assignment: Contract to Hire
  • Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406 — Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote after training)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Travel: No regular travel required (unless requested by the client)
