What You’ll Do
As a Wealth Management Advisor (entry level), you will build a client-facing financial planning practice and help clients pursue long-term goals. Typical responsibilities include:
- Grow your client base through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Build personalized, holistic financial plans addressing investments, insurance, retirement, education funding, and trust needs
- Manage and review client plans to help clients reach financial objectives and adapt to life changes
- Deliver an exceptional client experience across onboarding and ongoing relationship management
- Operate in an entrepreneurial role with opportunities to open an office, join or build a team, and scale a practice
- Use proprietary planning tools and software to educate clients and present integrated strategies
Training & Licensing
This entry-level role includes structured training and licensing support to accelerate your development into a licensed financial advisor.
- Access to award-winning curriculum and mentorship from experienced advisors
- Preparation and reimbursement support for required exams and coursework
- Licensing you may obtain: Life/Accident & Health certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63
- Ongoing professional development, including support toward CFP® or other designations

Qualifications
