Position summary
Confidential Client is hiring a full‑time Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations at a distribution center in Saint Paul, MN. This role focuses on supervising order selection and replenishment, coaching hourly teams, enforcing safety and quality standards, and managing administrative tasks including timekeeping and payroll oversight.
What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will lead a production‑floor team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Schedule and coordinate order selection and replenishment to meet production and delivery requirements
- Ensure accurate order selection and timely replenishment
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate selection and replenishment staff
- Create a positive, accountable, and safe shift environment
- Oversee loading/unloading activities to maintain efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure incidents are reported and addressed
- Manage timekeeping and payroll accuracy for shift personnel
- Complete required operational reports and documentation on time
- Perform other warehouse duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are (Qualifications)
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2025 and December 2026
Preferred qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead hourly warehouse teams and enforce safety/compliance standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (actual placement within range depends on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other factors)
