What You’ll Do
This Warehouse Distribution Analyst role (New Albany, OH) supports manufacturing, scheduling, logistics, and transportation activities to improve shipment accuracy, inventory flow, and service levels. You'll help with inventory transactions, reporting, and coordination across the supply chain network while building foundational experience with ERP and warehouse systems.
- Support creation of internal requisitions, sales orders, and stock transfer orders using systems such as Oracle, SAP, and reporting tools
- Monitor inventory movement and support timely, accurate shipments across the network
- Partner with production schedulers, material planners, and supply planning teams on daily planning tasks
- Review inventory data to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot order/system issues (including EDI transactions) and escalate when needed
- Support processing of over/short/damaged product claims and participation in cycle counts
- Assist with reviewing warehouse invoices and creating purchase orders for supplies
- Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide general logistics/distribution support
- Learn and apply supply chain systems and best practices; contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and early-career experience)
- 1–3 years of experience or internship/co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Exposure to data analysis and reporting; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) or warehouse systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts is helpful
