What You’ll Do

This entry-level Warehouse Associate / Material Management Associate I role supports inventory movement and material handling for a confidential client in the logistics & warehouse industry. You will be trained on required SOPs and GMP-adjacent processes and will execute day-to-day warehouse and materials-management tasks to help keep operations running safely and accurately.

  • Train on and follow SOPs for raw material movement, inventory, material transfer, and CSM inventory
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and samples
  • Perform inventory control and cycle counts; update ERP/MRP records
  • Pick, pack and prepare shipments for outbound logistics
  • Move materials safely within the facility and support inter-departmental transfers
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support production
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality and supplier-management policies
  • Exhibit professional behavior with internal and external partners and align actions with team goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Science preferred
  • 0–2 years of material management, warehouse, or logistics experience (entry-level encouraged)
  • Experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; experience with planning tools a plus
  • Ability to follow written procedures, maintain attention to detail, and work independently or on a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks safely

Physical Demands

The position includes a mix of sitting, standing, reaching, and manual handling. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for applicants with disabilities.

  • Frequently stand for extended periods (up to several hours)
  • Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds (with proper techniques)
  • Regularly use hand/eye coordination for inspection and computer entry
  • Frequent communication with co-workers and other departments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $17.75 – $19.40 per hour (hiring range) plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offers consider experience, education, geography, and other factors.
