Key Responsibilities

This entry-level Program Coordinator role supports Value Package Introduction (VPI) programs that launch new products. You will work closely with program managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to help ensure program deliverables meet customer and business expectations.

  • Maintain program databases, records, and status reports related to VPI activities
  • Assist in defining program scope, schedule, resources and measurable customer outcomes
  • Support adherence to the VPI process and program governance
  • Track and communicate program performance against commitments to stakeholders
  • Help identify, escalate, and follow up on program risks, issues, and change requests
  • Support cross‑functional coordination to resolve scope, schedule, and resource changes
  • Run small VPC/VPCR projects and respond to VPCs as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering considered)
  • Minimal relevant work experience required — role designed for early career candidates
  • Entry-level program candidates should be within two years of completing their highest degree (see eligibility below)
  • Willingness to learn program management tools and Confidential Client systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience (formal coursework or hands-on experience) — familiarity with PMO practices a plus
  • Manufacturing or product launch experience — helpful for understanding scope and production constraints
  • Experience communicating with global teams and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and follow-through on action items

Work Location & Eligibility

  • Required work location: On-site with flexibility (Columbus, OH area)
  • Start date options: Jan 2027 or Jun 2027 (per program schedule)
  • U.S. Early Careers eligibility:
    • Exempt Entry Level: external candidates within 2 years of completing their highest degree from an accredited U.S. college/university and currently residing within the continental U.S.
    • International students (U.S.-based roles): F‑1 students must have approved CPT or OPT that relates to the degree and is authorized by the university before assignment begins.

Compensation (Estimated)

  • Estimated pay: $88,857 per year — provided as an estimate. Actual compensation and benefits will be set by the Confidential Client and may vary based on experience, location, and role level.
