What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Visit Supervisor to provide in-home and community-based support to youth and families. As a Visit Supervisor you will:

• Provide integration and ongoing assistance to youth and families to support treatment goals
• Share referral sources and community resource information with families
• Link and coordinate services with DCS, courts, schools, healthcare providers, employers and other community agencies
• Provide family training, coaching and practical supports
• Assess eligible individuals to determine service needs and document findings
• Maintain clear, timely case notes and communicate with supervisors and team members
• Work a schedule that includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Associate degree in social or human services plus 2 years related/relevant experience required
• BA/BS in social work, psychology, or related discipline preferred
• Experience in a social service or behavioral health setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
• Strong communication, documentation and community‑networking skills
• Ability to pass background checks and meet any local licensing/clearance requirements

• Entry-level starting pay: $20.19 per hour
• Bachelor’s degree level pay starts at: $22.34 per hour

Schedule & Location Details

• Full-time position based in Mishawaka, IN with community travel
• Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday
