What You’ll Do

This in-person role based in Collierville, TN supports vendor supply chain finance programs and accounts payable (AP) processes across Accounting, Finance, and Operations. Typical responsibilities include:

• Support and optimize end-to-end vendor finance and AP operations: vendor setup, invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor inquiries
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of vendor master data, payment terms, tax classifications, and banking information
• Partner with Accounting and Treasury on payment methods and reconciliations
• Assist with vendor audits, 1099 reporting support, and other compliance activities
• Document current-state and future-state processes; produce SOPs, workflows, and control documentation
• Analyze workflows, data, and controls to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Recommend and help implement process standardization and automation initiatives
• Support ERP/system initiatives: testing, validation, integrations, and conversions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vendor setup, invoices, payments, and reporting
• Track key process performance metrics and present outcomes to stakeholders
• Assist with training, change management, and special projects as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (required)
• Familiarity with accounts payable, vendor management, or accounting operations (internships or entry-level experience welcome)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly
• Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system testing, or integrations
• Knowledge of 1099 reporting, tax classifications, and vendor compliance
• Exposure to process automation tools or continuous improvement initiatives
• Background in logistics, transportation, or high-volume transactional environments

• Location: Collierville, TN — this is an in-person position
• Employment type: Full-time
• Estimated base compensation: $75,714 per year (estimated)
