Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring Entry‑Level Validation Engineers to begin a career in validation within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry. This role is suited for recent graduates (OPT/CPT/GC) or candidates with minimal experience who want hands‑on training in Computer System Validation (CSV), Process Validation, Equipment & Instrument Validation, and Cleaning Validation.

What You’ll Do

• Complete a 3‑week industry‑focused training program in Validation Engineering
• Learn and apply Computer System Validation (CSV) best practices
• Support process, equipment & instrument, and cleaning validation activities
• Assist on client projects (data collection, protocol execution, documentation)
• Follow cGMP and regulatory expectations for life‑sciences projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients during project placements

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
• Recent graduates and entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to relocate to client project locations when required
• Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT/CPT/Green Card)

Training, Compensation & Benefits

• 3‑week paid industry training in Validation Engineering
• Hands‑on exposure to CSV, Process Validation, Equipment & Instrument Validation, and Cleaning Validation
• Starting pay: $30/hour to start, with increases as project experience grows
