What You’ll Do

The UX/UI Designer I will contribute to the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, primarily supporting the A/B testing efforts within the Marketing team. This entry-level role works under the guidance of senior designers and partners closely with product, marketing, development, Web Analytics, and Business Intelligence teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with UX research activities — user surveys, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
  • Work with Web Analytics and Business Intelligence to prioritize A/B tests and design variants.
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets that follow brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to align designs with functional requirements and technical constraints.
  • Conduct usability testing on prototypes and iterate designs based on findings and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support a componentized design approach to maintain consistent global UI and reusable components.
  • Present work in design reviews and incorporate constructive feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Figma or a comparable design and prototyping tool.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain design rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, coursework, or internship work that demonstrates visual and interaction design skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks with guidance.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in UX/UI design.

Work Environment & On-site Requirements

  • This position is based at the assigned worksite in Lehi, UT and requires regular in-office presence.
  • Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
  • The office is a professional environment using standard equipment (laptop, desktop, smartphone). The scent of essential oils may be present in the workplace; candidates must be able to tolerate this.
  • Physical demands: primarily desk work, close vision tasks, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.

Compensation (Transparency)

  • Estimated annual compensation (source listing): $89,091 per year (estimated). This is an employer-provided estimate — actual pay will be confirmed during the hiring process.
