UX Designer : Digital Products & Member Experience
The UX Designer at Confidential Client is responsible for creating visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly digital product interfaces focused on member experience. This role requires expertise in user-centered design principles, proficiency with design tools like Figma, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, engaging, and effective visual designs aligned with brand identity.

What You’ll Do
This role focuses on designing clear, usable, and visually compelling interfaces for digital products and member-facing experiences on behalf of our Confidential Client.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and visual assets that reflect strong typography, color, and layout systems
- Build wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent
- Lead design work in Figma (primary), with competency in Sketch or Adobe XD as needed
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, components, and libraries for consistency across products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into polished interfaces
- Run or support usability testing, user research activities, and incorporate feedback into iterative designs
- Surface and solve complex UX problems with pragmatic, user-centered solutions
- Participate in A/B testing and evaluate design outcomes with quantitative and qualitative data
Required Qualifications
- Strong command of Figma; experience with auto-layout, components, variants, and design libraries
- Proficiency with wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
- Solid grasp of visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Practical understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to present and defend design decisions
- Experience contributing to or working with design systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for digital products or member-facing experiences
- Prior contributions to formal design systems
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or other member-facing digital products
- Hands-on experience with user research methods and A/B testing
Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (USD). Final pay depends on experience, skills, and other factors.
- Eligible employees may also qualify for a discretionary performance bonus.
