  • Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
  • Help maintain design patterns, component libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency across products

Minimum Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate a practical understanding of user-centered design and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment:

  • 0–2 years of hands-on UX/UI experience, internships, or relevant academic projects
  • Portfolio that clearly shows your UX process (research, sketches/wireframes, prototypes, final designs)

  • Good communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
  • Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG) principles and responsive design

Preferred Qualifications

These are not required but will help you stand out:

  • Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) and how design maps to implementation
  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of analytics-driven design and A/B testing workflows
