About the Role

The UX Designer is an individual contributor on the Product Design team working on customer-facing web SaaS products. You'll partner with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, polished interfaces that help IT teams work faster and with greater confidence. This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, UT (regular attendance at the South Salt Lake City office is expected).

Portfolio required: include at least one case study that demonstrates both UX research and UI execution.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product Managers to gather and refine project requirements, balancing user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research and customer interviews to validate hypotheses and inform designs.
  • Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web features.
  • Use Figma to prototype, iterate, and hand off assets to engineering.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to answer implementation questions and ensure design intent is preserved.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends and bring continuous improvements to our design practice.

Must Have

  • 2–4 years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products.
  • Experience collaborating across Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate user flows and design intent.
  • Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Portfolio with at least one case study showcasing both UI and UX work (required with application).

Nice To Have

  • Experience designing for IT, developer-focused, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with device management, endpoint security, or related IT domains.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Exposure to design systems or component libraries.
