What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a UX Designer to help modernize user experiences across web and mobile. You will work with creative leadership and cross-functional partners (information architects, visual designers, writers, developers, and PMs) to define and deliver intuitive, research-informed interfaces and interaction patterns.

• Take ownership of one or more user experience areas: map user journeys, design interactions, and define interface behavior.
• Produce clear design documentation (design rules, pixel‑perfect mocks, prototypes) that teams can implement.
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate concepts and test solutions.
• Participate in user research and usability studies; translate findings into design direction.
• Contribute to regular design reviews and maintain consistency across product experiences.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment while delivering strategically sound, concept-driven solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio of UX design work demonstrating interaction design, flows, and end-to-end mobile or web experiences. (Applicants who do not submit a portfolio will not be considered.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, UXPin, or similar.
• Strong interaction design skills: able to convey concepts using wireframes, user flows, and mockups.
• Strong visual design sensibility: on-screen graphic design, illustration, and data visualization experience.
• Comfortable creating quick prototypes for web and mobile.
• Experience designing mobile-first digital experiences and responsive interfaces.
