  • Create reusable design-system components, patterns, and visual elements in Figma.
  • Rapidly iterate from concept to production-ready assets while maintaining visual quality and accessibility.
  • Source, generate, edit, and manipulate imagery using traditional design software and AI-assisted creative tools.
  • Incorporate useful AI-assisted workflows and evaluate new creative technologies for design efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on goals, present concepts, and explain design rationale.
  • Support B2B and SaaS experiences, entertainment and media initiatives, digital merchandising, and upper-funnel commerce.
  • Participate in A/B testing and user testing when appropriate; refine designs based on data and feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a Product, Visual, or Digital Designer or a similar role.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with Figma and design systems.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and the process behind decisions (not just polished comps).
  • Experience designing websites and web-based products.
  • Strong visual design skills and a modern understanding of web UX patterns.
  • Ability to work quickly and manage tight turnaround times.
  • Clear communication skills to explain creative rationale to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and incorporating them into the design workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience with AI-powered design/creative tools.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, entertainment, media, sports, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with digital merchandising and upper-funnel shopping/discovery experiences.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing, and iterative design processes.
  • Prior work on large-scale consumer websites or complex business-facing platforms.

What Success Looks Like

  • Balances speed and quality while moving across different design scopes without losing attention to detail.
  • Owns design outcomes, adapts to changing priorities, and presents ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrates interest and relevant experience in entertainment/media or B2B digital experiences.
  • Drives reuse and consistency through design-system components and measurable improvements in user experience.
