UX Designer

What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that support business goals across web and mobile channels. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into elegant interaction patterns and polished designs.
- Translate user research and product requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create user flows, information architecture, and interaction models that simplify complex tasks
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure designs are implementable and maintain quality through development
- Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
Who You Are (Required Qualifications)
- 2+ years of professional UX / product design experience (associate-level or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs
- Practical experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Strong problem-solving, interaction design, and visual design skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience conducting moderated or unmoderated usability testing
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices
- Experience working in fast-moving product teams or in the restaurant / foodservice industry
- Basic understanding of front-end implementation constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) to support collaboration with engineers
