What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to support field sales and clinical adoption in the assigned territory. This is a hands-on, field-facing role partnering with Sales Representative(s) to support surgeries, manage inventory, promote product usage, and help grow the Upper Extremities business.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Sales Representative(s) in the full sales call pattern and territory coverage
- Attend surgical cases to ensure product availability and provide surgeon/staff instruction on product use
- Build and maintain procedure sets and inventory levels for assigned accounts
- Educate clinicians and staff on product functionality, updates, and clinical benefits
- Identify and help develop new sales opportunities with the sales team
- Assist with order processing (Customer Purchase Orders), invoicing steps, and inventory reconciliation
- Participate in sales and professional association meetings (may be outside regular business hours)
- Adhere to compliance, ethical standards, and applicable federal/state/local regulations in all activities
- Serve as a primary backup contact for Sales Representative(s) and help resolve customer issues
What You Need
Multiple qualification pathways are accepted — candidates may qualify by one of these combinations:
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Associate degree or medical certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) plus at least 2 years of relevant/professional experience OR
- High school diploma plus at least 4 years of relevant/professional experience OR
- 4+ years of active duty military service
Required skills and attributes:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn clinical procedures and medical device product details
- Ability to work in a field-based capacity, attend surgeries, and travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to follow regulatory and institutional policies regarding clinical environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated performance-based success (sales, leadership, military service, athletics, etc.)
- Healthcare or clinical exposure via work, internships, certifications, or patient-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Experience or internship in sales or healthcare settings
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 per year (may be eligible for commission and/or bonuses)

Location & Travel
- This is a field-based role in Belgrade, MT (serving the assigned territory). Regular travel to customer sites and surgical facilities is required.
