University Recruiter (Entry Level)
The University Recruiter (Entry Level) supports high-volume sourcing and recruiting for student internship and educational programs across North America. This role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles, utilizing Boolean search techniques and ATS tools. It requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite contract position based in Seattle.

Position Overview
This role supports a Student Programs recruiting team focused on internship and student hiring across North America. You will perform high-volume candidate sourcing, build talent pipelines for undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and PhD programs, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for high-volume internship and student hiring initiatives.
- Use Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Conduct candidate outreach and engagement, tracking responses and next steps.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Generate candidate leads and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems.
- Support hiring goals during peak student recruiting seasons.
Basic Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience using Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or sourcing initiatives.
- Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Prior experience working with student or campus programs is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $36.00/hr. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
