What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer / Web Developer to design and build high-quality, responsive digital experiences using the Adobe ecosystem. You will work across design and front-end development and collaborate closely with developers, product and project managers, and stakeholders to deliver polished, accessible, and performant corporate websites and campaigns.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
  • Build and maintain sites on AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Configure and manage Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and implement canonical tagging
  • Configure and manage Adobe Campaign (on-premises and Cloud v8) and develop email/SMS campaigns
  • Build and manage Content Blocks, Templates, Themes, AEM Forms, and Adobe DAM assets
  • Author and manage content, tagging, search, and permissions in AEMaaCS and EDS
  • Manage GitHub repositories, maintain clear technical documentation, and participate in releases
  • Apply AI tools and techniques where appropriate to enhance UX and development workflows
  • Ensure responsive design and web accessibility standards are met

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Proven experience with AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Hands-on experience with Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign (On-Premises and/or Cloud v8) and building email/SMS campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
  • Experience with Adobe DAM, AEM Forms, Content Blocks, Templates, and Themes
  • Experience with GitHub and version control workflows
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work a fixed hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote) in Warren, MI
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or H‑1B)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience applying AI-powered tools and techniques in web development
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
