About the role

Confidential client is a forward-thinking technology company focused on redefining software escrow and cloud-era solutions. We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, usable interfaces and end-to-end user journeys. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position working closely with product managers, creative leadership, and engineering to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that drive adoption and satisfaction.


What You’ll Do

  • Translate customer needs into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
  • Design high-fidelity UI screens and visual assets using Figma (or similar tools)
  • Build and maintain design system components and symbol libraries to ensure consistency
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to scope features and create implementation-ready assets
  • Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders
  • Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
  • Document design guidelines and hand off assets for development
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends and recommend improvements to enhance usability

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Figma or equivalent design tools (Mac experience a plus)
  • Excellent visual design fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout
  • Proven ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
  • Familiarity with design systems and maintaining component libraries
  • Strong written English and copywriting skills for UI content
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail and usability focus

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or security/escrow-related products
  • Hands-on user research or usability testing experience
  • Motion/interaction design skills for micro-interactions
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG) and responsive design
