About the Role
Confidential Client is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces for web and mobile products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that improve usability and drive measurable product outcomes. This role is hands-on and ideal for designers who combine strong visual design skills with user-centered research and testing experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and scope
- Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize insights into actionable design improvements
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and component libraries
- Ensure designs follow accessibility best practices (WCAG) and brand guidelines
- Present design rationale and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and peers
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work on schedule in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Illustrator (or comparable design tools)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research and running usability tests
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
