About the Role

Confidential Client is seeking a part-time, contract UI/UX Designer (Remote) to design and improve user interfaces and experiences across a digital ecosystem. This role balances creative visual design, user-centered research, and data-driven iteration. You will collaborate with product marketing, development teams, stakeholders, and end users to produce responsive webpage designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align with brand standards and accessibility best practices.


What You’ll Do

  • Optimize digital interfaces and create wireframes that deliver seamless, user-centered experiences.
  • Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate flows and functionality.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and translate findings into actionable design changes.
  • Use analytics and user feedback to make data-driven design decisions and iterate designs.
  • Ensure designs follow usability and accessibility standards (WCAG) and brand/style guidelines.
  • Produce storyboards, user flows, iconography, and interface graphics for web implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing partners to translate designs into working pages (experience with Sitecore and HubSpot environments).
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to inform design direction.
  • Present design rationale and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency with Figma (preferred) or Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and inclusive design practices.
  • Ability to create responsive webpage designs and collaborate with development teams (Sitecore and HubSpot collaboration a plus).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related experience that accelerates ramp-up in this role.
  • Additional product, marketing, or front-end collaboration experience.
  • Exposure to analytics tools and data-informed design workflows.
