What You’ll Do

This Confidential Client is hiring a UI/UX Designer on a contract basis in Philadelphia, PA. You'll work with product stakeholders and engineering teams to design intuitive, usable interfaces and end-to-end user experiences.

  • Translate product requirements into UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Conduct or support user research and usability testing; incorporate feedback into designs
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity
  • Maintain and evolve design patterns, component libraries, and documentation for consistency
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For

We seek a hands-on designer who can move from problem framing to finished interface. Typical qualifications we look for:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or User Experience Designer (contract or full-time)
  • A portfolio that demonstrates interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end product thinking
  • Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping
  • Experience communicating design decisions to product and engineering partners
  • Comfortable working in an iterative, agile environment
  • Excellent collaboration and time-management skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with modern design tools and prototyping platforms
  • Experience working on consumer-facing or enterprise web applications
  • Prior contract experience with staffing or consultancy engagements
