What You’ll Do

You will design AI-assisted, enterprise-grade interfaces that rethink operational workflows from first principles. Work closely with product leads, engineers, business stakeholders, and end users to prototype, validate, and deliver production-ready UI/interaction patterns.

• Design modern, responsive web and mobile experiences using Figma.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and developer-ready specs.
• Use collaboration tools (e.g., Zeplin or similar) to document decisions and gather feedback.
• Use AI tools daily to explore concepts, generate alternatives, accelerate research, and prototype interactions.
• Partner with engineers to translate designs into production and resolve implementation trade-offs.
• Conduct lightweight discovery: user interviews, workflow observation, and usability testing.
• Iterate based on product analytics, operational outcomes, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system; create new patterns when needed.
• Stay current on AI-assisted design tools, conversational interfaces, and emerging product-design practices.

Qualifications

Required

• ~1–3 years of UI/UX or product-design experience (internships, freelance, strong personal projects count).
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving, not just polished screens.
• Strong working proficiency in Figma (components, variants, prototyping, responsive layouts).
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, Cursor, or comparable tools.
• Understanding of responsive design, interaction states, accessibility, and design handoff.
• Clear written and verbal communication, curiosity, humility, and fast learning.

Preferred / Helpful

• Experience designing AI-first, conversational, recommendation-based, or context-aware experiences.
• Prompt engineering and structured experimentation with generative AI.
• Experience with design systems, motion/micro-interactions, HTML/CSS, or close frontend collaboration.
• Background in Enterprise SaaS or operational workflows (field-service, logistics, ERP/CRM, construction, rental, waste, etc.).

• Examples where you challenged inherited workflows and simplified complexity without hiding important information.
• Demonstrated use of AI to materially improve speed or quality of design work.
• Independent projects that show initiative, iteration based on feedback, and clear tradeoff reasoning.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent.
• Typical hours: Approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite schedule expectations set by the client).
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not strictly required if experience/portfolio demonstrate competence.

• This role is based in Peachtree Corners, GA (onsite or client-determined hybrid arrangements).
• Applicants should be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute or relocate as required by the client.
