Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Full‑Time, Entry‑Level UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, accessible user interfaces and craft delightful product experiences. This role partners closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to turn user needs into elegant UI and clear interaction flows.
What You’ll Do
- Translate user research and product requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
- Design responsive interfaces and components for web and mobile platforms.
- Create and maintain design system components, style guides, and reusable patterns.
- Iterate on UX solutions using usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet performance/accessibility goals.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Entry‑level UI/UX Designer with a portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, interaction design, and visual UI work.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, color, and iconography.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross‑functional team.
- Comfortable iterating quickly and incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with user research, usability testing, or A/B testing.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Exposure to front‑end technologies (React, CSS-in-JS) or working alongside engineering teams.
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
