UI Designer
The UI Designer at Confidential Client is responsible for creating user-interface designs and digital assets for web, mobile, and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with company brand guidelines. This role requires managing multiple projects, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and staying current with industry design trends to deliver effective and innovative user experiences.

What You’ll Do
The UI Designer will create polished user-interface assets for web, mobile, and campaign use across the Confidential Client’s brands and properties. Working from existing brand and style guides, you will take projects from concept through delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help raise the overall standard of visual UI across the organization.
- Carry UI design projects from concept through completion for websites, mobile apps, banners, social, and other digital assets
- Produce high-fidelity UI screens, component visuals, and design assets that align with brand guidelines
- Brainstorm and ideate with marketers, product designers, and developers to translate messaging into clear, usable visual designs
- Maintain and organize design files, working folders, and documentation to ensure consistency and team efficiency
- Diagnose design issues, propose solutions, and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Keep current on UI and industry design trends to ensure work remains modern and effective
What We’re Looking For
We seek a detail-oriented UI Designer who can balance creativity with production-level execution and collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders.
- BA/BS (or equivalent) in Art, Design, or a related field
- 2–4 years of digital creative design experience (e.g., UX/UI, web/mobile design)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of web optimization, image/file types, and preparing assets for production
- Experience creating digital collateral: websites, mobile apps, banners, social media assets, outdoor, etc.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to explain design decisions to non-designers
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning
- Knowledge of the music or live-entertainment industry preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $96,611 - $150,000 USD per year
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements
