UI Designer
The UI Designer at Confidential Client is responsible for creating user-interface design assets for national and local campaigns, websites, and mobile projects, ensuring consistency with company brand guidelines. This role requires managing multiple projects, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and staying current with industry design trends to deliver effective and innovative digital designs.

What You’ll Do
You will design user interfaces and digital assets for web, mobile, and campaign needs while adhering to established brand and style guidelines. You’ll take UI projects from concept through final delivery, collaborate across marketing and product teams, and help maintain consistency across the organization’s digital presence.
- Carry UI projects from concept to completion for websites, mobile apps, and marketing assets
- Produce screens, components, icons, banners, and responsive layouts ready for engineering handoff
- Work within brand/style guides and contribute to design system updates and documentation
- Coordinate with marketers, product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure implementation fidelity
- Organize design files, name layers/components consistently, and maintain handoff-ready assets
- Track industry and UI design trends to keep designs modern and performant
Key Responsibilities
- Translate briefs into clear UI solutions that communicate key messages and meet project objectives
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets for digital campaigns and product UIs
- Ensure web and mobile design consistency across properties and channels
- Optimize digital assets for web performance (file types, resolutions, responsive considerations)
- Document best practices and contribute to shared libraries and working folders
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating progress and trade-offs
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS (or equivalent) in Art, Design or a related field
- 2–4 years of digital creative design experience, with work in UX/UI or digital product teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of web optimization, digital file types and production-ready deliverables
- Experience designing digital collateral (websites, mobile apps, banners, social assets, OOH)
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning
- Knowledge of the music or live events industry is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Payscale: $96,611 — $150,000 per year (range provided by the hiring organization)
- Bonus: Eligible under current bonus plan requirements
