What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level business-administration / analyst role supporting the Risk & Treasury Manager. You will perform routine, well-defined treasury and risk administration tasks under direct supervision and gain exposure to cash management, intercompany activity, reconciliations, and insurance administration.

Treasury Support

  • Assist the Risk & Treasury Manager with daily cash-management tasks (entering or confirming routine wire, ACH, and automatic transfers as directed).
  • Update daily cash position worksheets and help prepare cash forecast reports under manager guidance.
  • Compile intercompany amounts, assist with invoicing for internal subsidiaries, and record related intercompany transactions.
  • Support basic reconciliations and organize supporting documentation for monthly/quarterly close activities.
  • Help maintain documentation related to revolving credit facilities and standby letters of credit.
  • Respond to routine, low-complexity inquiries from internal teams or banks and escalate exceptions to the manager.

Risk Support

  • Process and track certificate of insurance requests according to established procedures.
  • Log, track, and follow up on open insurance claims; keep status trackers up to date for the manager.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing documentation and data needed for annual global insurance renewals.
  • Maintain organized records of global insurance coverages and related files.
  • Support basic data compilation for insurance cost tracking and reporting.

Compensation (Transparency)

What You’ll Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent administrative/office experience.
  • 0–2 years of administrative, business-support, or entry-level analyst experience; exposure to finance, accounting, or insurance administration is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and Word; comfortable learning new systems and templates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
