Treasury Operations Analyst
The Treasury Operations Analyst supports the Confidential Client's treasury functions by performing daily cash reconciliations, managing bank accounts, and analyzing cash positions to determine borrowing needs. This role involves collaboration across departments to resolve discrepancies, process payments, and assist with acquisition-related treasury activities, contributing to the financial stability and operational efficiency of the organization. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement transitioning to fully remote after the initial period.

What You’ll Do
You will join the Treasury team supporting daily cash operations, reconciliations and acquisition-related banking activities. Typical responsibilities include:
- Perform daily cash reconciliation for due to / due from cash settlements across affiliated entities.
- Produce the prior-day cash position to determine borrowing needs and liquidity.
- Research and resolve discrepancies; perform ad hoc reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Maintain and review activity for newly acquired bank accounts and manage account closures after transfers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for acquisition-related treasury activity.
- Create tagging rules in the treasury workstation for recurring receipts.
- Process ACH and wire payments using Bank of America CashPro and other bank platforms.
- Support reclass requests and month-end close tasks; communicate discrepancies to appropriate teams and follow up.
- Research and code receipts/disbursements to correct GL strings.
- Assist with ad hoc assignments and audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and/or treasury operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting debits and credits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks.
- Team player who works well in a structured environment.

Location & work requirements
This role is remote-first but will be in-person for the duration of a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA). After the TSA period, the position will operate fully remote with occasional in-person travel as an essential function. Due to business and employment requirements, the client cannot employ individuals who will be working from Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington State, or Washington, D.C.
