What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Treasury Management Operations Specialist to support treasury products, help clients with technical questions, and coordinate daily operational workflows. This role combines client-facing support with hands-on processing and case management.

  • Provide operational support across Treasury Management products including ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, online wire transfers, Positive Pay, online banking, account analysis, sweep accounts, lockbox, tenant security, and merchant services
  • Troubleshoot product and system issues for external clients and internal partners
  • Deliver client training and user support for treasury platforms and online banking tools
  • Create and manage support cases in the core processing system and track resolution
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate client documentation and correspondence
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate daily departmental functions to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management sales and cross-functional teams to implement tailored solutions
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and white-glove customer service

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of related banking or treasury operations experience preferred
  • Prior exposure to ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, online banking, lockbox, merchant services, or similar treasury solutions is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative in managing daily tasks and special projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Location and Work Arrangement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range (good-faith estimate): $46,042 to $55,000 per year, plus opportunity for performance-based incentives
  • Estimated total compensation and benefits may vary with experience and geographic location
  • Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, parental leave, education reimbursement, wellness programs, participation in Employee Stock Purchase Program, and a 401(k) with match
  • Final compensation decisions consider relevant experience, skills, and other factors
