Responsibilities
- Provide support for a full suite of Treasury Management services, including ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Online Banking, Account Analysis, Sweep Accounts, Lockbox, Tenant Security, and Merchant Services.
- Collaborate with Treasury Management (TM) Sales to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot Treasury Management products for internal teams and external clients.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate client documentation and correspondence.
- Assist external clients with system-related issues and product usage, including client training and technical support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate daily departmental functions and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Create and manage cases in the core processing system for ongoing product support.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Confidential Client’s Treasury Management offerings and industry best practices.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of related banking or treasury operations experience preferred. Prior exposure to Treasury Management products listed above is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Initiative in managing daily tasks and special projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $46,042 — $55,000 per year (good-faith estimate; final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location). Performance-based incentives may also be available.

- Remote-friendly (telecommute) role with expectation to support clients and internal teams; candidate should be eligible to work for a role based in Pluckemin, NJ.
