What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the day-to-day global payments process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of vendor and intercompany payments.
  • Support global bank account administration, including account inventory maintenance, account openings/closures/changes, legal signer coordination and bank KYC processes.
  • Assist with daily FX back-office activities and FX settlement workflows.
  • Produce reporting and analytics: cash and debt positioning, bank fee analysis, bank scorecards and other treasury KPIs.
  • Maintain and document Treasury policies and procedures to support a strong control environment and regulatory compliance.
  • Support treasury initiatives such as treasury management system (TMS) implementation, bank rationalization, global cash pooling setups and process optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (audit, tax, accounting, finance, legal) and external partners to ensure adherence to policies and sound controls.

Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
  • Entry-level candidates with foundational treasury or finance knowledge and strong motivation to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with travel & expense processes preferred.
  • Basic understanding of global banking, payments, FX and cash management helpful but not required.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced Excel skills preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare concise analyses for senior management.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement and maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid schedule: required in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the Panorama office; Monday and Friday remote work (WFH).
  • Location: Centennial, CO (local candidates or those able to commute to the Panorama office preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual hiring range: $69,600.00 - $76,560.00 (actual offer will vary by experience, location, and qualifications).

About the Opportunity

This role sits within a global Treasury / Accounting & Finance function supporting payments, bank relationships, FX settlement and cash management. It’s a strong entry-level to early-career role for candidates who want exposure to treasury operations, financial controls, and cross-functional projects (TMS implementations, bank rationalization, cash pooling). You will work closely with finance, accounting, legal and audit teams and contribute to process improvements that reduce risk and increase efficiency.
