What You'll Do
As a Treasury Analyst (Middle & Back Office) supporting a Confidential Client in Centennial, CO, you'll join the Global Treasury team to help run payments, bank account administration, FX/back‑office settlement, reporting, and control-focused initiatives.
- Contribute to the daily global payments process and payment exception resolution
- Support global bank account administration — inventory, openings/closings/changes, signer updates, and bank KYC tasks
- Assist with FX back‑office activities and settlement workflows
- Produce reporting and analytics: cash & debt positioning, bank fees, and bank scorecards
- Maintain and update Treasury policies and procedures to strengthen controls and reduce operational risk
- Support Treasury initiatives: TMS implementation, bank rationalization, global cash pooling setup, and process optimization
- Coordinate with audit, tax, accounting, finance, legal and external partners to ensure compliance with internal policies
Who We're Looking For

- Entry‑level candidates with foundational treasury, finance, or accounting knowledge are welcome
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or similar preferred
- Familiarity with travel & expense (T&E) processes highly preferred
- Knowledge of payments, global banking, FX, cash management, or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare concise analyses for senior management
- Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task and meet deadlines while driving continuous process improvements
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid — required on‑site days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at the Panorama office (Centennial, CO). Monday and Friday remote.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual hiring range: $69,600 — $76,560 (range reflects geographic location, experience, education, and skill level)
