What You’ll Do
This travel Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care on a 13-week travel assignment in La Cienga, NM. Responsibilities typically include:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and modalities consistent with professional standards
- Document treatment, progress, and discharge planning in the medical record
- Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain equipment and follow facility policies for safety and infection control

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or entry-level Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure: New Mexico state Physical Therapy license required prior to start
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- Pre-employment: Must successfully complete pre-employment/post-offer health screening and annual screenings as required
