What You’ll Do

Business operates on a global scale, and transfer pricing sits at the intersection of economics, business, and tax. As a Tax Consultant on the Transfer Pricing team you will support engagements that analyze intercompany cross‑border transactions and help multinational organizations address economic and tax issues. This role is designed to build consulting experience and strengthen analytical skills through exposure to complex, cross‑border matters.

• Conduct industry and client research to assess factors affecting operations and profitability
• Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation modeling for companies and intangible property
• Research comparable benchmarks and analyze financial statement and transaction data
• Draft proposals, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables with high attention to quality
• Manage multiple assignments and collaborate across teams and global workstreams

What We're Looking For

This is an entry‑level opportunity intended for candidates beginning or building a career in transfer pricing and tax consulting.

Required

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with expected graduation by Summer 2027, or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or business
• Strong academic record (3.0 cumulative GPA minimum)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and high quality of work product
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships and work both independently and on teams
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
• You must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office and be available to co‑locate on average 2–3 times per week when required by project needs
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client/project needs
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Prior internship or work experience in economics, finance, accounting, tax, or transfer pricing

Compensation & Logistics

• Estimated wage range: $54,160 to $99,600 per year. This range is a reasonable estimate and may be adjusted based on experience, skills, location differentials, licenses/certifications, and other factors.
• Start date: Summer 2027 (exact start will be confirmed by the hiring organization).
• Employment type: Full‑time.
• Location: Campbell / Silicon Valley area (you must be within a commutable distance of the assigned office).
• This role is intended for entry‑level candidates; if you have a year or more of professional experience, please review experienced roles.
