Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Training & Compliance Facilitator to support its vocational services. In this role you will design and deliver training for vocational staff, support billing and compliance processes, and help manage staff scheduling and assignments. This position supports programs serving children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities and focuses on building staff skills and ensuring service quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a vocational staff training program.
  • Develop curriculum and training materials to ensure a well-trained workforce.
  • Provide orientation and ongoing training to job coaches and job developers.
  • Deliver refresher and compliance-focused training as needed.
  • Observe and coach staff to support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in vocational department billing and compliance processes.
  • Oversee scheduling of vocational staff and coordinate assignments with managers.
  • Provide job coaching services directly when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working in the field (vocational services, job coaching, or related supports).
  • Familiarity with regulatory and internal compliance requirements for human services or teaching programs.
  • Ability to develop training materials and deliver adult learning sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support billing, scheduling, and compliance documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for staff coaching and stakeholder collaboration.
