What You’ll Do
The Training Documentation Specialist is responsible for maintaining and managing staff training records, ensuring compliance with program and regulatory requirements, and supporting training audits and reporting for Confidential Client.
- Maintain a comprehensive training documentation system and employee training binders.
- Receive, record, and track training completion for all staff promptly.
- Develop, prepare, and update documentation of training processes, tracking systems, and protocols.
- Use internal data systems to identify training non-compliance and support corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, files, forms, and statistics to meet agency, contract, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external documentation audits.
- Maintain electronic filing using internal software and applications.
- Support foster care program activities as assigned (recruitment, outreach, support).
- Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training, and team decisions.
- Meet deadlines required by program supervisors and federal partners.
Qualifications
- Required – High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred – Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Required – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training; preferred – four (4) plus years.
- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Intervention (or willingness to obtain).
- English fluency.
- Strong computer literacy and comfort using internal systems and electronic filing.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $23.46 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time. Schedule: Monday–Friday (may require evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).

Other Requirements & Compliance
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random drug screens.
- Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
- Provide proof of work eligibility upon request. Confidential Client cannot sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role.
