About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Training Assistant to support Learning & Development across their restaurant operations. This role partners with operations and training specialists to develop, deliver, and measure training that improves employee performance and supports a scalable learning culture.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Training Specialist and Restaurant Operations team to gather training requirements and translate them into practical instructional modules.
- Administer and maintain the LMS (learning management system) for assigned learner groups.
- Create and proofread training content: presentations, e-modules, and assessments.
- Record and edit audio files for narrated training modules and webinars.
- Track training completion and effectiveness metrics; assist in basic analysis and reporting.
- Research online resources and best practices to improve course design and delivery.
- Assist with live webinars and in-person/virtual training sessions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Learning & Development, Education, HR, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic familiarity with design/authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Canva).
- Experience creating presentations, webinars, or training modules is a plus.
- Comfortable recording/editing audio and supporting multimedia content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual: English / Spanish required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant operations environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Location & Schedule
- Location: Grand Prairie, TX (on-site with some remote-friendly tasks possible depending on program needs).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (standard business hours). Some occasional evening webinar or training events may be required.
