Textile Design & Print Administrator
The Textile Design & Print Administrator supports the Textile Design team by assisting with pattern development, colorways, CAD work, and product development projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. This entry-level role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with multiple teams to help develop woven and printed textile collections for the hospitality industry.

What You’ll Do
This entry-level role supports the Textile Design team by helping produce woven and printed textile collections, preparing artwork and presentation materials, and assisting with sample review and product setup.
- Assist with development of woven and printed textile collections
- Create colorways, pattern revisions, and presentation materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Prepare and maintain design files, artwork libraries, and project documentation
- Assist with reviewing strike-offs, handlooms, samples, and lab dips for accuracy
- Measure and document pattern repeats, specifications, and product details
- Conduct design and trend research to support new collection development
- Organize and maintain fabric samples, design archives, and showroom materials
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Project Management teams on product development initiatives
- Assist with customer-specific design requests and presentation materials
- Support data entry and product setup in internal systems
- Participate in design reviews and product development meetings
Qualifications
Looking for a creative, detail-oriented candidate who can learn textile development workflows and support multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fashion Textiles, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in textile design, graphic design, or another creative discipline
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or coursework in textile design
- Experience with pattern repeats and color development
- Familiarity with textile CAD tools (e.g., NedGraphics)
- Knowledge of hospitality, commercial interiors, or home furnishings markets
