Position Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Test Engineer (Contract) to work onsite in Centennial, CO. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing and scaling manufacturing processes, equipment, and test systems; executing product tests to ensure quality; troubleshooting engineering issues; and supporting facilities and systems maintenance. This role is entry-level (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) and requires professional judgment with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale manufacturing processes, equipment, and test systems for product verification and validation
• Develop and execute test procedures to verify product performance and quality
• Analyze test data, diagnose failures, and develop corrective action plans
• Apply engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to solve technical problems
• Provide technical guidance within the engineering discipline and communicate findings to engineering and production teams
• Support construction, installation, and maintenance of systems and components as required
• Work independently using prior knowledge and experience to make decisions and deliver results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent applicable experience
• Entry-level test engineering experience (internships, co-ops, or early-career roles acceptable)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, test equipment, and data collection methods
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to document test plans and results
• Ability to work onsite in Centennial, CO and to follow established safety and quality procedures

Pay & Benefits

• Pay range: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour (Contract) — actual offer will depend on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors
