Key Responsibilities
- Promote the confidential client's FDA-approved product to healthcare providers in your assigned territory
- Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and office staff
- Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales goals and KPIs
- Provide timely field feedback and insights to leadership
- Maintain full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years experience meeting or exceeding measurable goals (customer-facing, B2B, outside sales experience helpful but not required)
- Strong desire to transition into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Coachable, accountable, resilient, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical sales experience is not required — drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are the priority.
