Overview
This is an entry-level, part-time (3 days/week) Territory Sales Representative role in Elsmere, NY. This field-based position is a structured launch role within the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry designed to give motivated, coachable candidates real-world sales experience during a major product rollout. High performers will have a clear, performance-based path to full-time pharmaceutical sales.

What You’ll Do
- Promote product to healthcare providers within an assigned territory during scheduled field days (3 days/week)
- Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
- Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
- Execute a focused territory plan and maximize productivity on assigned workdays
- Provide timely updates, territory insights, and field feedback to leadership
- Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (B2B sales, outside sales, customer-facing roles preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated drive, strong work ethic, and coachability
- Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pharmaceutical experience is not required — attitude and willingness to learn are essential
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary (part-time): $40,000
