What You’ll Do
This entry-level outside sales role is focused on building a new book of business in a dedicated territory (Leander, TX). You’ll work face-to-face with business owners, benefits managers, and employees to present industry-leading supplemental health and life insurance products and services.
- Utilize a customized Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and convert prospects into clients
- Make in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses across your territory
- Schedule and run client meetings to assess insurance needs and propose solutions
- Follow up on referral leads and re-service existing clients to nurture long-term relationships
- Attend regular team and manager coaching sessions and sales meetings
- Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets in collaboration with your sales manager
- Plan and submit a weekly field schedule; record daily work stats and activity updates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven comfort with in-person sales, relationship-building, and a competitive drive
- Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation for territory travel
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state — OR willingness to obtain the license (study course provided at no cost; state licensing fees reimbursement available)
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 4 years post‑high-school work experience; candidates within six months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic experience will be considered

- Weekly draw option plus uncapped commissions and short sales cycle (3 business days)
