What You’ll Do
As a Territory Sales Professional you will develop a new book of business across an assigned territory in and around Brunswick, GA by meeting face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners, benefits managers, and employees to present industry-leading supplemental health and life insurance products. You will receive structured classroom and field training and work with a sales manager and team to grow your accounts and personal revenue.
- Utilize a customized Salesforce CRM to manage leads, pipeline, and client notes
- Prospect, qualify, and schedule in-person meetings with business decision-makers
- Present supplemental insurance solutions, handle objections, and close new business
- Follow up on referral leads and re-service existing clients to retain and grow revenue
- Record daily activity, sales stats, and update CRM at the end of each workday
- Attend scheduled coaching calls and team meetings with your sales manager
- Collaborate with your manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Plan and submit your weekly schedule; manage time to maximize territory coverage
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post-high-school work experience preferred (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic backgrounds will be considered)
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state — or willingness to obtain (study course provided at no cost; state licensing fees reimbursement available)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory travel
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Strong communication and presentation skills; persuasive and resilient in a sales environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while participating in team-driven goals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated total compensation: $72,951 per year (estimated) — actual earnings are commission-driven
- Weekly draw option plus uncapped commissions; short sales cycle (typical payout within 3 business days)
