Responsibilities

Create and modify telecommunications design drawings using Revit and support drafting with AutoCAD. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate technology systems into building designs. Support design of structured cabling, network infrastructure, and low-voltage systems for commercial and industrial projects. Participate in project coordination meetings, design reviews, and support project schedules and deliverables while learning industry standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Drafting, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Revit experience from coursework, academic projects, internships, or professional use
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated interest in telecommunications, technology infrastructure, or building systems design

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to engineering, construction, drafting, or design
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit workflows from coursework or projects
• Interest in pursuing industry certifications such as BICSI or RCDD
• Basic familiarity with electrical, low-voltage, or telecommunications systems

Pay & Benefits

• Pay range: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour (range reflects the typical pay band for this role; final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors)
