About the Role

Confidential Client is seeking experienced Telecom AI & Data Analysts to join high-impact wireless analytics and AI initiatives. This role suits mid-to-senior level analysts who can translate complex wireless network and customer data into actionable AI/ML solutions and strategic recommendations for engineering and business leaders.

Note: Positions are NJ-based with remote flexibility. U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent resident (Green Card) status is required for these roles.

What You’ll Do

• Dig into large wireless network and customer datasets to surface trends, issues, and AI/ML opportunities
• Translate business problems into measurable analytics and AI recommendations that engineering and product teams can act on
• Advise engineers and data scientists on data quality, feature design, and real-world network context
• Identify automation and prediction use-cases to improve network performance and customer experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to set goals, KPIs, and AI/analytics roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Prepare clear executive briefings, dashboards, and reports that make complex data easy to understand
• Assess data readiness for predictive modeling, GenAI, and agentic AI efforts and help prioritize projects by impact and feasibility

What You Bring

• 10+ years of telecom/wireless data analytics experience — direct experience with a Tier-1 carrier or major telecom vendor strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of wireless network architecture (including RAN), KPIs, and customer experience metrics
• Strong SQL and GCP skills with hands-on experience on large-scale data platforms
• Demonstrated ability to turn business problems into analytics-driven strategy working alongside AI/ML or data science teams
• Exposure to AI, ML, GenAI, or agentic AI initiatives and how they apply to network/customer workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; experience briefing senior leadership
• Ability to work independently, set direction, and drive projects without detailed specs

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Prior experience at Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or leading telecom vendors
• Background in feature engineering for ML models in telecom contexts
• Familiarity with analytics visualization tools and executive dashboarding
• Experience prioritizing analytics investments by ROI and operational feasibility
