Role Overview

This entry-level Technology Transformation Analyst role (Consultative Offerings) will join a confidential client in the IT industry to help clients modernize systems, automate business processes with AI and intelligent workflows, and deliver end-to-end packages & platforms transformations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, ServiceNow and similar). You will learn how to translate business needs into technical solutions, support deployments of cloud and analytics platforms, and help drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Support client engagements that transform business processes using AI-enabled automation and enterprise technology.
• Help design future-state process models, perform gap analysis, and support testing and performance measurement.
• Assist with implementations and integrations across packages and platforms (for example SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, ServiceNow).
• Use AI tooling to prototype prompts, agent workflows, and automation to improve process execution and decisioning.
• Support modernization and cloud/application transformation activities to improve resilience, security, and agility.
• Help deploy data analytics platforms and dashboards that enable actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—business analysts, engineers, and change managers—to deliver client outcomes.
• Support end-user adoption, training, and change-management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state assessments and document processes, systems, and data flows.
• Design and help implement automation and agent-based workflows to improve efficiency and scale.
• Assist in building and testing integrations between enterprise systems and cloud services.
• Support data collection, analytics, and reporting to measure business impact.
• Contribute to client-ready deliverables — presentations, process maps, test plans, and training materials.
• Communicate progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Learn and apply best practices for secure, compliant, and maintainable implementations.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements (applicants must meet these to be considered):

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 required (3.3 preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (for example, within ~100 miles) and be able to commute daily if required.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with one or more enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, ServiceNow).
• Coursework or hands-on experience in AI, automation, cloud platforms, data analytics, or software development.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in team settings.
• Internship or project experience in consulting, IT implementations, or process improvement.

Compensation & Logistics

• Estimated salary (per source): $112,061 per year (estimated).
• This is an entry-level opportunity intended for candidates beginning a career in technology transformation and consulting.
• Compensation decisions consider multiple factors including skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. The source also lists a reasonable estimate of $90,000 — actual offers will vary.
• This role is FULL_TIME. Travel and commute requirements noted above apply.
