What You’ll Do

As a Technology Transformation Analyst (Packages, Platforms & AI) you will help clients modernize enterprise systems and apply AI-enabled solutions to improve processes, efficiency, and decision-making. You will work on client engagements that range from current‑state assessments to designing future‑state processes and implementing packages and platform solutions.

• Automate business processes using AI and intelligent workflow tools
• Use AI tools and agents to assess current‑state processes, design future‑state models, and identify gaps
• Support designing and "agentifying" workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Modernize legacy systems and implement cloud/application transformations
• Deploy analytics platforms to enable data‑driven decisions
• Integrate digital tools to create unified, future‑ready ecosystems
• Contribute to end‑to‑end transformation efforts to ensure lasting client impact

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in transforming business processes with agentic AI and enterprise technology
• Assist in design, development, and implementation across packages and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, and ServiceNow
• Build prompts, skills, and workflow enhancements using AI tools to improve execution
• Conduct current state assessments, gap analysis, testing, and performance measurement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect and deliver client‑centric solutions
• Drive user adoption and change management to maximize technology value

Required Qualifications

This is an entry‑level role targeted at early career candidates:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher (acceptable majors include Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 required (3.3 preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
• Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (approximately a 100‑mile radius) and be able to commute daily if required at start date
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise packages and platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, ServiceNow)
• Experience or coursework with AI tools, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to learn quickly, manage ambiguity, and work in collaborative teams

Compensation & Location

• Location: Costa Mesa, CA (role will be based in the Costa Mesa area)
• Estimated compensation: A reasonable estimate for this role is $90,000 per year. This estimate is provided in good faith and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, location, and other business factors. Where state or local pay transparency laws apply, the posted estimate is provided to support compliance.
• Employment type: Full‑time (entry‑level/analyst)
