Introduction

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Technology Seller Intern as part of an experiential sales program focused on technology, digital selling, and AI-enabled engagement. This is a center-based internship in Atlanta, GA designed to build consultative selling skills, technical understanding, and a foundation for a long-term career in technology sales and client leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Create demand and identify new opportunities across assigned territories, accounts, and product portfolios using outbound, inbound, and digital channels.
  • Engage and qualify prospective customers via phone, email, social media, video outreach, campaigns, virtual events, and other digital selling channels.
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline; progress opportunities through the sales cycle and identify expansion, renewal, upgrade, and modernization potential.
  • Conduct customer discovery conversations to surface business objectives, technical needs, buying criteria, and measures of success.
  • Deliver virtual technical demonstrations, solution overviews, and proof-of-value conversations that map technology capabilities to customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted sales advisor and technical advocate by staying current on product capabilities and communicating value effectively to both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, account teams, customer success, partners, and marketing to advance opportunities and support deal execution.
  • Use digital and AI-enabled sales tools, customer insights, and market intelligence to refine engagement strategies and accelerate revenue growth.

Required qualifications

  • Actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate student; pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected to be completed by the program start date.
  • Fields of study typically include Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software/Computer Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IT, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Technology, or related areas.
  • Strong interest in technology and consultative/digital selling.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, adaptability, self-motivation, and a customer-first approach.
  • Willingness to learn product offerings, industry trends, competitive landscape, and AI-powered sales tools.

Preferred experience

  • Leadership through student organizations, athletics, volunteering, competitions, or community involvement.
  • Prior exposure to sales outreach, customer-facing presentations, or technical demos (helpful but not required).
